Hi Family :) November 9, 2015
I am in the Lords hand. And he is taking
really good care of me.
I’m not going to lie and say
I’m completely better, but I’m a million times better than a was a few weeks ago.
And I think it will just keep going up from there. Don’t worry about me mommy.
The lord is right by my side and I am just soooooo happy.
Time is just flying by mom.
Yesterday was my second to last fast Sunday in the country.
My last transfer came out this week and I’m still in Darkhan with sister A.
By the end of my mission, I will have spent over 6 months in this special place.
I’ve basically become a member of the branch :) haha.

This week was full of really great
moments. I sent you pictures of most of the fun
times, including baking cakes and meeting
with my favorite grandmas.
This week we also got to go to M house
(one of our three young men investigators)
for the first time. We made buuz together and then we got to
meet his parents who think that our church is just the greatest thing in the
world because they have seen such a big change in their son.
As we were leaving,
I gave his mom a hug and she held me very tight and whispered in my
ear "thank you for helping my son. Thank you" As we parted; I saw a little
tear in her eyes. But the thing is, I didn’t really do anything. Its not me that
changes people. It’s this gospel. Its the Lord. He truly changes that vilest
of sinners into the best of saints. And I am so grateful to be able to be an
instrument in his hands.

On other news, this week I went to the
city for one day for a leadership meeting.
We recently had a district conference too. Isn’t it interesting to think that the
church is the same wherever you go in the world? But... there are a lot of
differences too. haha. The church is definitely still growing here in Mongolia.
Yesterday we had branch leadership meeting only to find out that our relief
society president, our branch secretary and our sunday school president
have all gone inactive and will likely be released from their callings... And
we are currently without a ward mission leader as well. It made me so sad.
Because there is so much work to be done. And we are only two sisters.
But, there are a few people, including our branch president and district
president who are willing to do anything and everything to get out branch
back on its feet. And my companion and I are willing to work hard too.
We decided to start with FHE in the families because activity in the church
all starts with families. So, we are going to set up a FHE marathon. I’m still
on the process of working out the details but I think it will be really fun and
a good way to get people excited about doing family home evening :)

I had some free time, so I bought almost
all my presents for you guys.
It was so fun! Mom, I bought your felt nativity set and it is the cutest
thing in the world! You are going to love it :) I am so happy here. I am so
happy to be able to spend my last transfer in Darkhan with my cute companion.
And I’m so happy that I will be seeing your pretty face in just 5 weeks.
I’m glad you are feeling better. I will talk to Brother B about that email.
